New homes
From compact family homes to large coastal and rural residences, we design new homes that respond to their site, climate and budget. Our homes have won ADNZ national awards and been named Home of the Year finalists.
Alterations & additions
Whether it's an 1890s villa, a 1950s brick home or a 1990s house that no longer fits your family, we rework existing buildings to bring in light, volume and better flow while keeping the character worth keeping.
Holiday homes & retreats
Alpine baches, off-grid cabins and coastal retreats. We design holiday homes that are robust, low-maintenance and made for the landscapes they sit in, from the Mackenzie Basin to the Top of the South.
Multi-unit housing
Townhouses and multi-unit developments that give every home independence, light and outdoor space. Lakeside at Pegasus fits four distinctive homes onto narrow 8.6m-wide lots.
Commercial & industrial
Warehouses, offices, showrooms, hospitality and community buildings. We design buildings that work hard operationally and still express the brand inside them, such as Daikin Park, a 5 Green Star facility in Christchurch.
